Fountain Medical does not offer financial incentives, gifts, rebates, remuneration, or benefits tied to product use, ordering volume, referrals, or purchasing decisions. Fountain Medical does not influence clinical decision-making or patient referrals.

All engagements are conducted exclusively at the organizational level.

Fountain Medical’s engagements are designed to align with applicable regulatory guidance, including, but not limited to, the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, CMS regulations, and OIG guidance.

Clinical and purchasing decisions remain solely within the discretion of the hospital or health system.
